Drift is built around a simple rule: what the mirror shows you is nobody's business but yours. This page explains, in plain language, what data exists and where it goes.
Drift is built by Josip Petric and published by Quantum IT d.o.o., Bana Tome Erdodyja Bakaca 2, 34000 Požega, Croatia. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Quantum IT is the data controller for the little processing described below. If you live in the European Economic Area, you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Croatia, that is AZOP (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka).
Your birth year, the leak and destinations you chose, your evening answers, and your sealed weeks are stored only on your device (and in the shared container the widget reads). There is no account, no sign-up, and no cloud sync. Deleting the data in Settings — or deleting the app — removes it entirely, because the copy on your phone is the only copy that exists.
Your answers, your weeks, and your grid are never transmitted. The app may send two kinds of technical data: anonymous crash reports and basic, anonymous usage statistics (for example, that the Sunday review was opened — never what your week contained). These help one developer find bugs and see which parts of the app matter. They contain no personal information and are never used for advertising.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Apple. Drift never sees your payment details. Purchase receipts are validated through standard App Store infrastructure.
No advertising networks. No selling or sharing of data. No tracking across other apps or websites. No reading of your actual phone usage — every number in Drift is one you entered yourself, by hand, on purpose.
