Drift — Terms of Use

Drift is built by Josip Petric — one developer — and published by his company, Quantum IT d.o.o., Bana Tome Erdodyja Bakaca 2, 34000 Požega, Croatia ("Quantum IT"). These terms are an agreement between you and Quantum IT only, not with Apple. By downloading or using Drift, you agree to them. They are short on purpose — there is no fine print doing tricks here.
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use Drift on Apple devices you own or control, for your own use. These terms supplement Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where they overlap, Apple's terms apply to Apple, and these apply to Drift. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it. Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app — standard things.
Drift offers a yearly auto-renewable subscription with a free first week, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. The yearly subscription is billed by Apple when the free week ends, and renews each year until you cancel — which you can do any time in your App Store subscription settings, at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancelling during the free week costs nothing. The lifetime purchase is a single payment; nothing renews. Payments, receipts, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple, under Apple's policies.
Drift is a mirror: it turns numbers you enter yourself into projections about where your time goes. Those projections are estimates, not facts — arithmetic on your own guesses, clearly labeled as such.
Drift is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. It's a reflection tool. If what the mirror stirs up feels heavier than an app should carry, please talk to a real person — a friend, a doctor, a therapist. That is not a legal disclaimer trick; it's the honest boundary of what software can do.
Everything you enter lives on your device — see the privacy policy for the full picture. One consequence worth repeating: your phone holds the only copy. Deleting the app, or your data in Settings, is permanent. There is no account to recover it from.
Drift is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. One person builds and maintains it with care, but bugs happen. To the extent permitted by law, Quantum IT's total liability for any claim related to Drift is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms may be updated as the app evolves. The date above always reflects the latest version, and material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes. Using Drift after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and without affecting any consumer protections that apply where you live.
